1.Crispy Nuts Bar Cutting and Forming Machine is consisted of raw material and sugar transporting part,mixing part, feeding part, pressing part, cooling part, separate cutting part and conveyor.
2. Automatic mixing,feeding, compressing, cooling, cutting and forming.
3. The length of bar can be arbitrarily adjusted by PLC computer as needed.
4. The thickness of bar can be adjusted by hand wheels(5mm≤bar thickness≤30mm).
5. The width can be adjusted by cutter shaft.
6. The speed and cooling refrigerator can be adjusted according to your product cooling conditions.
7.The parts contact the material are made of stainless or food-grade plastic,completely meet the GMP standard.
