This Automatic Fruit Grading Machine is mainly composed by 5 parts: frame, reducer driven by variable frequency motor, discharging system, electric control system and grading roller system. (The outer diameter of the roller is determined by the max grading range. The output requirement determines the length of roller and the length of every size range, that is, the appearance of the equipment.) This Automatic Fruit Grading Machine uses the distance between the fixed and movable rollers that are arranged at intervals to grade materials as to size. Quantity of size grades is preset and it can decrease but not increase.
