The Cereal Bar Chocolate Coating Machine is made of conveyor mesh belt, cooling fan, pump and bottom scraping bearing are all driven by a variable frequency motor. The supporting plate and heat-insulated cover under the cooling tunnel, rack and conveyor belt are made of stainless steel.
The coating body of the Cereal Bar Chocolate Coating Machine must maintain the appropriate temperature, the general control is 24~27℃. If the temperature of the body is too low, it will cause the chocolate surface coating to rupture, the surface is apt to appear the reverse tide phenomenon, if the heart body temperature is too high, the surface will turn gray.
