Development of Energy Bar Production Line

Energy bar production line consists of several food machinery. Energy bar production line is a multi-function production line which could be used in many kinds of candy bars, such as energy bar with chocolate, protein bar with chocolate, cereal bar with chocolate, muesli with chocolate and so on.

How a energy bar production line works.

1. Ingredient Preparation -Raw Materials: Ingredients like oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, honey, protein powder, and flavorings are sourced. 

2. Mixing: Ingredients are combined in large mixers to create a uniform mixture. 

3. Forming and Cutting: The mixture is putted on energy bar cutting machine to cut it.

4. Packaging : The energy bar is wrapped in foil, plastic, or paper to preserve freshness and prevent contamination.
