Snow cake is a kind of dessert that is crispy and soft. It is made mainly from ingredients such as marshmallows, butter, biscuits, nuts, dried fruits and milk powder.
Snow cake production line is suitable for nougat snack food such as snow cake, nougat candy, mango milk cake, strawberry milk cake, etc. This production line includes marshmallow melting pot, Mixer, automatic cutting machine and automatic packaging machine.
The marshmallow melting pot is heated by thermal oil, with large heating area, high thermal efficiency, heating evenly,temperature easy to control, and the food contact parts are 304 stainless steel.
Mixer has the advantages of large output, convenient operation and saving time and labor. The machine comes with heat preservation function, stirring evenly, mixing fully. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, and the inner wall is made of non-stick material PTFE.
Automatic cutting machine is composed of feeding, flattening, air conditioning tunnel, longitudinal cutting and cross cutting, feeding evenly, pressing smooth, uniform thickness,cooling tunnel can be customized according to product cooling conditions, cutting specifications can be adjusted, PLC control,save time, save labor, economical and convenient.
Automaitc Pillow packing machine is equiped with auto-ranking function,the packing speed fast,the size of the bag is adjustable,the packing effect is good,save labor.
