1-The Stainless steel Chocolate Melting Machine is to store the fine grinded chocolate mass in constant temperature; it is with temperature sensor and thermal controller, automatic temperature control system.
2-To make chocolate mass rub, puff, mix, emulsification, then to make different granules in the chocolate mass change notably in shape and volume. The machine is used to make different kinds of materials more evenly, to reduce the moisture in the mass, to improve the color, smell and taste of chocolate.
3-To store quantitative chocolate mass in order to fit successive production.
4-Discharging: 1.5" butterfly valve.
5-Heating way: water in jacket, electric heating.
6-With stir.
7-Button control panel.
