The Automatic Baking Tunnel Oven is used for drying all kinds of inflating snack food, and the user can choose different types of dryer of different layer,length or energy. tunnel oven currently provides two kinds of standard conveyor belt, one is the conveyor chain plate, the other is the transmission network belt, the rotational speed is controlled by the frequency converter. Can accurately control baking time. The oven with extra long and heavy duty products has double drive drum and double drive motor. Drive conveyor belt has automatic deviation correction device.
1-The whole machine is compact design,logical and easy operation.
2-Driving system adopts double pitch roller chain driving,circulating drying,and balanced running,never jam.
3-Drying temperature and time can be adjusted ,effect of drying is capitally.
4-With high efficieny fuel saving system,reasonable heat distribution ,material be heated equally,low energy but large output.
