Walnut Meat Skin Removing and Cleaning Production Line, also named at walnut kernel cleaning and shell removing machine.

Drum type machine to process walnut meat, walnut kernel peeler and deep handling equipment can remove the skin of walnut and almond kernel. The working flows includes the walnut kernel peeling machine, walnut vibrating machine, blowing/drying equipment for peeled walnut kernel.

Working part of this Walnut Meat Skin Removing and Cleaning Production Line. There’s three step walnut kernel cleaner and different worke system. Such as high pressure recycled water pump and water spraying system, automatic material turning system, frequency converter, automatic discharging system.

With the rotation of the drum, the walnut and almond kernel will be rolled constantly at the drum, water spraying will wash the dirty of material surface, and then discharged by drain bucket. When the raw material enters into the cleaning part through the feeding port, the brush in the roller will go for further scrubbing under under the action of pressure difference and friction . And the material being cleaned will be further sprayed and cleaned again by high pressure water at the discharging hopper part.
